Cold plunge is a mental challenge with whole body benefits. We'll begin with movement to build heat in the body, followed by breathwork to increase oxygen retention, then take the plunge. There is no obligation to enter the water or stay for the entire 3 minutes.
Contraindications: pregnancy, those trying to conceive, heart or blood pressure issues. If you are unsure, please consult your physician before participating.
Please bring a mat if you have one, a towel, and a change of clothes.
