Coherence Wellness Meditation

An afternoon of guided group meditation, leading participants into a deep state of relaxation and activating brain-heart coherence. Simultaneously, you will receive the benefits of the EES (Energy Enhancement System) machine for deeper levels of healing and restoration.

We will be offering four rounds of 20-minute meditations, with a 15-minute break in between each round.
