In our circle, we work with heart coherence—the alignment of heart, mind, and emotions that HeartMath research shows creates measurable changes in heart rhythm patterns. Through heart-focused breathing and cultivating regenerative emotions like gratitude and compassion, we practice this state together while witnessing our coherence in real-time.
Each gathering is unique, shaped by what we bring to the circle. We weave together sound and energy work to support whatever we may be moving through individually and collectively. Our intention is to explore how individual and group coherence might contribute to something beyond ourselves—closing each circle with a prayer that extends our shared intention outward.
This is both a personal practice and a collective experiment. We gather with the intention that when we show up with heart-centered presence, we might contribute to greater harmony and peace in ourselves, community and world.
What to expect: Heart-focused breathing, meditation, discussion, sharing, real-time coherence monitoring, sound and energy work, and collective prayer. No experience needed—just bring your open presence. Ages: 16+
