About this Event

Our Self-development Social is our monthly evening meetup for anyone interested in personal growth, mindset, wellness and spiritual growth.
We'll connect with like-minded people, have meaningful conversations, learn and grow together!

What to Expect:

START TIME OF 6.30PM IS FOR THOSE WANTING TO ORDER FOOD AND EAT BEFORE THE SPEAKER STARTS AT APPROX. 7.15PM. YOU ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE ANYTIME BETWEEN 6.30PM AND 7.10PM.

How the evening goes:

This Month's Speaker: Nikki Sekhon

Nikki is a soul guide, public speaker and empowerment coach with over 20 years of experience supporting charities, communities and individuals. Her work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their natural state of calm, confidence and inner peace, empowering both adults and children to feel grounded, supported and deeply connected, to themselves, to nature, and to the divine within.

Through a holistic blend of breathwork, authentic yoga, intuitive guidance, reiki, crystal healing and mindful movement, Nikki creates safe and sacred spaces where the body can soften, energy can realign, and what no longer serves can gently fall away. This process allows space for renewal, self-love, and the embodiment of divine light.

In her upcoming session Nikki will share her passion for cultivating calm, embodying light and embracing self-love through gentle, nourishing breathing practices and seated yoga movements. These practical tools help ease the pressure we so often hold in the body.
