the zany ZenCog Triathlon "Tri Again" is coming up in October. Train with us on Monday nights. Shout Out to Rick Patterson he has been doing a great job leading our 5k every Monday night and the walkers are having fun too :)
Join us for a weekly run/walk to shake off the Monday blues and get moving toward our End-of-Summer Reverse Triathlon. All paces welcome — no pressure, just progress.
When: Mondays, 6:30 PM
Start/Finish: ZenCog Bicycle Company
Distance: Full 5K loop or ~2.5K half-loop option
