The Fitness Center of Havre de Grace is hosting the Coffland Hero Challenge fitness fundraiser to support Catch A Lift Fund's mission to help combat-injured Veterans heal through fitness, wellness, nutrition, and community. Join your fitness community and register to participate today! More than 15,000 Veterans and Caregivers across the country have improved their fitness, health, and wellness thanks to the generosity of Catch A Lift supporters, and the need is greater than ever. Founded in 2010 in memory of U.S. Army CPL Chris Coffland (KIA Afghanistan 2009), Catch A Lift Fund (CAL) is a nationwide 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering combat-injured Veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
Our mission is to empower these American heroes to take control of their recovery, rediscover their purpose, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through a holistic program rooted in physical training and behavioral change science, CAL provides the tools for sustainable transformation.
Focusing on four key pillars—nutrition, fitness, emotional wellness, and community—we guide Veterans on a life-changing journey to physical and mental healing.
