Join us for this Coffee + Yoga event! **MUST SIGN UP THROUGH TICKET LINK** Join us at Wesbrooks Coffee for coffee and yoga, good friends and good times! The yoga taught for this event will be an ALL LEVELS class---beginners welcome! The yoga will be led by Padma Dharmata, and is a unique class to include people of all levels and abilities, including modifications and advancements as needed. The yoga class utilizes great music, begins with a breath practice, and concludes with a 5-minute guided savasana or "rest". BRING YOUR OWN MAT. A limited number of mats will be available for borrow at the event. Padma will have a couple of extra mats if needed, so please text ahead if you need to reserve a mat.The Coffee Yoga ticket price includes a select 16oz. coffee beverage! Yoga Only ticket does not include a beverage. This venue and event is for all ages, but of course will be more fluid if any children in attendance are able to follow along. We like to keep the classes focused as much as possible! After the event, feel free to mingle with the other guests or enjoy a coffee or treat from Wesbrooks Coffee!

Event is Sunday 4/6/25, 2pm-4pm.
2-230p: CHECK IN, set up your mat, grab your beverage if you like (or wait til after the class). Upon check in, you will be asked to sign in and fill out a waiver form.
230-330p: All level Yin Yoga class led by Padma Dharmata!
330-4p: Grab your beverage and hang out, mingle, have fun!
Wesbrooks Coffee is open until 5pm on this day, so you are welcome to stay til close if you wish!
A portion of the proceeds from this event will go directly to Wesbrooks Coffee for the use of their space!
