The Coffee with the Collective series has become an essential monthly gathering where Essex County business owners come together as community builders. These collaborative gatherings bring together entrepreneurs, creators, consultants, service providers, and innovators from across industries - all united by their belief that business success includes contributing to our region's vibrancy.Our February gathering will be hosted at Trade House, in partnership with Salem Main Streets.

Trade House is a downtown Salem pub where good food, cold drinks, and great company come together. Located in a historic building that once served as a neighborhood provisions store in the early 1900s and later a beloved local watering hole, Trade House honors Salem's port town legacy while serving up fresh, honest food and globally inspired dishes in a cozy, welcoming space. With a gorgeous interior featuring a fireplace area and a menu packed with crowd favorites, this gathering place embodies the spirit of Salem itself—a bit old, a little new, and full of stories.

Salem Main Streets is an independent nonprofit dedicated to the continued revitalization of downtown Salem as a vibrant, year-round retail, dining, and cultural destination. Since its founding, Salem Main Streets has served 280+ businesses in the district through free technical assistance workshops, strategy consultations, retail design services, and social media promotion. The organization produces 31+ days of programming annually, attracting over 118,000 event attendees and engaging 300+ volunteers who help make downtown Salem an exciting place to live, shop, work, and invest.
