Each session will introduce a gentle spiritual practice drawn from Sacred Rhythms by Ruth Haley Barton—such as reflection, guided silence, or Lectio Divina—creating room to notice our longings and attend to God’s presence. No prior experience is needed; all are welcome.
Structure & Flow: Each gathering stands on its own, so participants are welcome to drop in at any point, though regular attendance may deepen the experience over time. Sessions are lightly guided rather than discussion-heavy, centered on scripture and contemplative prayer practices rather than open conversation or debate.
