Tony Riccio is a Virginia Beach native, co-owner of Salt Water Tattoo, and an expert tattoo artist with over a decade of experience. Tony specializes in American traditional tattoo styles with steady lines and bold and vivid colors. His personal connection to the ocean, lifelong love of surfing, and care for the coastal environment offer a meaningful lens on Duke Riley: O’er the Wide and Plastic Sea an exhibition shaped by tattoo culture, maritime history, and life by the water.
