Our next coffee connections is September 3rd and we’re combining it with a fab workshop delivered by Lizzie Wainwright:Self-Esteem: An introduction to Noticing Our Patterns and Soothing the Inner Critic
Do you often question yourself or find self-doubt holds you back in business?
Sometimes our minds play tricks on us, leading us to be our harshest critics.
This workshop offers gentle introduction to recognising these patterns and learning practical ways to soothe your inner critic without beating yourself up.Lizzie is a counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over 10 years experience supporting people to improve their wellbeing.
Alongside her 1-to-1 counselling and supervision work with professionals Lizzie also delivers various training and workshops around mental health and overall wellbeing.Join Lizzie and other fab Wirral Women Netwalkers for a great workshop.
We are also really pleased to be hosting our session at the beautiful Cobble and Hay Cafe The Stables, Gladstone Hall Rd, Port Sunlight, Birkenhead, Wirral CH62 4YA.
