Why Mentorship Matters in Johnson County!

Info: Mentorship has the power to change the trajectory of a young person's life. Right now, 12 young men in Johnson County are waiting to be matched with a caring adult who will show up, encourage them, and help them reach their full potential. Through our Paint the Town Green initiative, we're calling on Johnson County to rally around our youth by making mentoring visible, celebrated, and accessible throughout the community. Our goal is to create 20 new mentoring matches by December 31, and we need businesses, churches, civic organizations, and community members to join the effort. Whether you become a Big, schedule a presentation for your workplace or organization, or partner with us to spread the word, you can help us Paint the Town Green and ensure every young person has someone in their corner. Together, we can build stronger relationships, create greater opportunities, and change lives—one match at a time.
