COFFEE & ROLLS is a free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu open mat for active-duty military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS, hosted by FRAME STRONG. Come train, share a coffee, and roll with people who get it.
Sunday, Nov 1, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Gilbert High School wrestling room.
Free. All skill levels welcome, no experience needed. Whether you've trained for years or never stepped on a mat, this open mat is for you.
Limited to 40 seats. All participants sign a liability waiver at registration.
