Coffee & Gentle Yoga Flow with Vicky - MORNING SESSION

Location: 1550 16th Ave unit 3 building c, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3K9, Canada

Workshop Duration: 1 hour

Workshop Fee: CAD 30 (comes with two coffee tokens CAD 7.5)

Objectives: At any ages, Yoga relaxes the mind the body. Great for everyone with a good yoga start!

A full body warm up to prepare the body for the postures and to bring energy into the whole body.

A variety of poses with modifications for beginners / advanced will be given.

Workshop Content:

• Gentle yoga for all levels
• gentle yoga sequence that anyone can do
• 60 minutes full body stretching

Things you will need to bring:

• Your own yoga mat
• 2 yoga blocks
