FIRST NETWORKING EVENT OF THE NEW YEAR: 2025 Coffee & Conversations kicks off Friday, January 10th and will continue on the First Friday of each month throughout the year. This a FREE networking opportunity for all Chamber members! Bring those business cards and get ready to network over coffee and donuts! You're invited to a candid and casual conversation with Brian Welton, CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi.
Brian started at Baptist in 2012 as a Frank S. Groner Administrative Fellow. After completing his fellowship, Brian worked as an assistant administrator at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, followed by serving as an operations director with Baptist Medical Group, overseeing physician practices in the great Memphis area. Prior to coming to Oxford, Brian was the CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital – Crittenden in West Memphis, AR and oversaw the design, construction, and operations of the hospital that opened in 2018. Brian has an undergraduate degree in Finance from The University of Tennessee and a Masters in Health Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Brian is married to Hillary, and they have two children – Hayes and Molly.
