Thank you for making February so warm and full of joy.We were honoured to welcome several distinguished guests for health checks, mindful exercise sessions, and support from a volunteer nurse from Aum Care. On 27th March, we will begin the morning with chair-based exercises, followed by a wellness speaker. As always, we’ll close with music and a shared meal.
