Event Objectives

1. Networking: Attendees can connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and professionals.

Event Structure

1. Welcome & Settling In (1:00 PM – 1:15 PM)

   - Check-in at the venue and receive a complimentary coffee or tea.

   - Attendees are encouraged to find a comfortable spot, set up their laptops, and get ready to work.

2. Introductions & Ice Breaker (1:15 PM – 1:30 PM)

   - Quick round of introductions where each person shares their name, business or project focus, and what they’re looking to gain from the session.

   - Icebreaker activity: Everyone shares a current challenge or question about their business or project to open the floor for support.

3. Open Working & Networking (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM)

   - Attendees can work on their own projects while networking and discussing business ideas with others.

   - Those who want feedback can raise a hand or join a designated “collaboration corner” where peers can help brainstorm solutions.

   - Optional hookah is available for those who would like to relax while working.

4. Brainstorm & Feedback Session (2:30 PM – 3:00 PM)

   - Individuals or groups can share ideas they’re working on or specific challenges they need advice on.

   - Receive constructive feedback and suggestions from the group.

   - Closing remarks with a recap of any big takeaways and encouragement to connect afterward.
