Meet Up - Coffee and Chat

Tuesday 6th October - 11am

Come along to get to know others that understand how your cancer diagnosis may have made you feel, the complexities of treatment and the journey you find yourself on.

We'll meet over coffee/tea which gives you the chance to chat and ask questions and get to know each other in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment. You are welcome to bring your partner or a friend.

We have been invited along to Thames Hospice to support thier care week and enjoy the lovely facilities. Everyone in our network is welcome.

We buy the first drink and it'll be lovely to meet you so do come along ❤

Thames Hospice are delighted to welcome the Cancer Support Network to hold their coffee morning with us at the hospice.

As part of Hospice Care Week, we are partnering with Alexander Devine Children's Hospice and opening our doors to help demystify hospice care. Giving people an opportunity to learn more about what hospices do, the support they provide, and the positive impact they have on patients, families, and the wider community.

We'd love for members of the Cancer Support Network to join us for a relaxed and friendly morning over coffee, where you can meet our team, explore our hospice environment, ask questions, and hear more about the care and support we provide.

We look forward to coming together, sharing conversations, and helping to build a greater understanding of hospice care in our community.

The Cancer Support Network has been established to support people living in and around Wokingham and Bracknell, Berkshire that are affected by cancer.

Meeting other people with similar experiences can be invaluable. Self-help and support groups offer a chance for people to talk to others and come together to share experiences and concerns.
