During the gathering, we’ll also be sharing information about our 6-Week Wellness Pilot Program for Childcare Providers—a program designed to help reduce burnout, support emotional resilience, and offer sustainable practices that educators can use both personally and professionally.
About the 6-Week Wellness Program: Created specifically for childcare providers, ECEs, managers, and support staff, this program includes:
- Bi-weekly in-person sessions (movement, breathwork, embodiment, connection)
- Bi-weekly online sessions (stress reduction, emotional regulation, tools for workplace well-being)
- Practical resources for everyday use
- A supportive community space
- Techniques to reduce burnout, overwhelm, and compassion fatigue
