Coffee and Conversation

An opportunity to connect with friends and collegues from 7:30-8:00 with facilitated discussion starting at 8:00, this opportunity is designed to provide tools and resources to help with volunteer engagement. Pam Goedde will facilitate a conversation focusing on recruitment, onboarding, expectations, and training with an emphasis on working with volunteers. Pam holds a BA from Hanover College and an MPA from Indiana State University. She has worked in the Human Resources (HR) field for over 30 years. She has experience serving in lead HR roles at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Ivy Tech State College, Southwestern Healthcare, Inc., and served as Director of Volunteers at Christian Fellowship Church. She has worked as an HR consultant to clients in healthcare, education, manufacturing, banking, and technology since 2008.
