In this course, REALTORS will learn how the Code of Ethics applies to them. Students will examine the aspirational concepts in the Preamble of the Code of Ethics, the idea of general business practice ethics, and how our client duties are established in the REALTOR Code of Ethics. Students will enjoy an overview of how local associations enforce professional standards, how to file a complaint, and coding ethics in their everyday business lives. This course covers the New York State Division of Licensing Ethical Business Practices requirement for Continuing Education and the NAR Code of Ethics requirement for Cycle 8
