Code Your Own Adventure: Interactive Fiction Workshop

Participants in this course should be between the ages of 12 and 20.

This weekly workshop will walk you through the basics of coding interactive fiction in Twine from first principles—starting with manipulating simple variables, and building up to dynamically generating entire quests based on the choices the player has made. Throughout the course, you will be able to apply the skills you learn to your own personal project, and you'll come out of the five-week course with a small but functional text-based RPG that you can publish to the web for other people to play!

This course has five sessions. Class will be in session from 6:30 - 8:00 PM on the following dates:
