We'll begin by grounding with a cup of rich & sacred ceremonial cacao. To integrate whatever is coming up in ceremony, low-stakes creative invitation will be offered: a communal doodling page, journal prompts, and an embodiment ritual all guided by live music. If possible, please bring a journal and something comfy to sit on.
