Cocoon & Sound: AIReal Hammock Sound Healing & Sound Bath.
Immerse yourself in a unique 75-minute sound healing experience that blends the soothing embrace of AIReal hammocks with the vibrational power of sound therapy. Suspended in a silk cocoon, you will feel weightless and supported as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums create healing frequencies to restore balance in your body and mind. This combination of sound and suspension promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
Hammock spaces are limited to 7 participants and require preregistration. However, additional spots are available for those who prefer to experience the sound bath while resting on a mat. The vibrational therapy works at a cellular level, promoting harmony and balance for all participants—whether suspended or grounded. No experience is necessary—just arrive as you are and allow yourself to receive. Join us for this deeply restorative journey.
*For the comfort and longevity of our equipment, our hammocks have a recommended weight limit of 300 lbs. While our hardware is strong and secure, the fabric can stretch over time, and we want to ensure the best experience for everyone.

Option 1: AIReal Hammock & Sound: $50 - registration is required.
Option 2: Ground & Sound: $40/no hammock
Ground & Sound: If you would prefer the grounded/floor option, please register on the class listed as Ground & Sound. While some participants will be suspended in AIReal hammocks, this option is for those who prefer to stay grounded, resting on a yoga mat.
