Cocoa & Lavender Cooking Class with David Scott Allen

Immerse yourself in the art of cooking, savor the freshness of locally sourced ingredients, and elevate your gastronomic experience with this exclusive farm-to-table cooking class.

David will demonstrate (and share tastes of) three wonderful recipes: Farro and Delicata Squash Salad, White and Sweet Potato Gratin, and a Sicilian Pumpkin Caponata. These are perfect side dishes for your Thanksgiving or holiday meals, but they also double as main courses for your vegetarian guests(one is vegan and another can easily be made vegan).Each of these dishes highlights the incredible flavors of the Tucson Village Farm market.

All proceeds from the class will benefit the 4-H Healthy Living Ambassador Program.
