Every year the transition from Winter to Spring is always, for us at the farm, demarcated by the change of our cocktail menu where we put away our Hot Cider, Mulled Wine, and Spiked Toddies in favor of fresh thirst quenching offerings garnished with blossoms, herbs, and hearty fruits.
