On Tuesday, September 9th, join us at Knowledge Bar & Social Room for Stirred — our immersive Cocktail Knowledge class. We’ll explore the elegance and artistry of cocktail culture from the late 1800s through the roaring 1920s, teaching you to craft two historic classics:
Sazerac — The iconic New Orleans cocktail, bold with Boone County Rye and aromatic bitters.
Martinez — The refined forerunner to the martini, made with Bols Genever Amsterdam gin.
Guided by our expert bartenders, you’ll stir, sip, and savor your creations while learning the stories and history behind each drink.
