This is a cocktail class for the one who wants to find sunshine any time of the year ... especially in the depths of Chicago winters. We will explore and craft some of our most beloved cocktails typically associated with warmer climate vacations - with styles ranging from simple and straight forward, to complex and layered, with various base spirits to enjoy.
