SPIRITS OF THE SEASON - COCKTAIL CLASS

Join us for a cozy, festive evening upstairs as we dive into the craft of holiday cocktails. This small-group class is designed to be interactive, approachable, and a whole lot of fun—perfect for date night, friends, or anyone who wants to upgrade their home bartending skills for the season.

Over the course of approximately 75-90 minutes, you’ll learn to build three holiday-inspired drinks:

✨ Spiced Orange Manhattan – warming winter spices with citrus brightness
✨ Gingerbread Sour – tart, bright, and festive
✨ A Group Holiday Punch – a party-friendly bowl that nods to Christmas traditions

We’ll cover technique, balance, flavor pairing, bar tools, and pro tips you can take home and use immediately. You’ll shake, stir, taste, and sip your way through the class while we talk through the why behind each step.
