This is a class designed for those who wish to dive in a little deeper and wider in the expansive world of cocktails!
We will be tasting and mixing through variations on 8 classic cocktails and sampling by the original as well. We'll be playful, curious, and discover new things to look for when crafting a great variation on a classic.
