Cocktail Class: Cinco de Mayo

This class is built around the flavours and spirits that come out of Mexico—tequila, mezcal, fresh citrus, spice... More than just margarita night.

We’ll make three cocktails together, each one designed to highlight different elements of those ingredients—from bright and refreshing to a little deeper and more complex. You’ll be hands-on the whole time, learning techniques you can actually use at home!
