Toki Whisky Cocktail Fight

Step into the ring for a night of high-energy competition as four bartenders go head-to-head in the ultimate cocktail showdown, in collaboration with Suntory Toki Whisky.

Each round, a new competitor takes the spotlight, presenting their own take on a Whisky Highball. Expect bold flavours, creative techniques, and a bit of theatre as they have 15 minutes to win over both the judges and the crowd.

You won’t just be watching... You decide the cream of the crop.

What to Expect

• A welcome highball on arrival
• Tasting samples of all four cocktails

The Challenge

Each bartender must create a cocktail:

• Featuring a minimum of 35ml Suntory Toki Whisky
• Served as a Whisky Highball
• Inspired by Japanese flavours, ingredients, or techniques
