This October, Cockburn’s is turning tradition on its head and inviting Melburnians to discover Port in a whole new way. Every Saturday at Marmelo, the acclaimed modern Portuguese restaurant, you’ll step inside the private dining room for an intimate cocktail masterclass designed to reframe Port as a contemporary ingredient.

Guided by Marmelo’s expert bartenders, guests will:

• Learn how to mix three inventive cocktails using Cockburn’s Tails of the Unexpected range
• Discover surprising flavour pairings that highlight the versatility of Port
• Enjoy Portuguese-inspired snacks from Marmelo, designed to complement each drink

Tickets are $45 per person and include the masterclass, three cocktails, and shared snacks.
