Cochrane Grow in Nature (ages 6-9)

NOTE: This is a weekly program! Please select tickets for each week.

This program is delivered by MHCB Stepping Stones to Mental Health and Rocky View School Division.

A summer program for kids that explores nature-based mindfulness in the outdoors! Helping kids develop social-emotional skills and teaching them about the benefits of the outdoors is important for overall well-being. Each week will incorporate a different lesson around mindfulness, mindful movement, free play, and creative expression- all in the great outdoors to help build these skills.

No experience necessary. Please send your child with a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes that they can move in and get messy. All other supplies and snacks will be provided. For your child’s safety, if they have dietary restrictions, please send along their own snacks.
