Relax, refresh and restore, take time for yourself in the beautiful surrounds of the North Yorkshire coast. The hotel is a Victorian mansion, steeped in history and set in 6 acres of stunning grounds just a sort walk from the sea. The rooms are all ensuite within the main building, food is freshly cooked, locally sources and seasonal. There are walks just on the doorstep and Jane (Jayadhara) will hold the space for you to explore a wide variety of hatha yoga practices deeply and mindfully. The weekend is suitable for all ranges of ability and experience of yoga. Double/Twin and Single rooms from £395 with option for non-yoga partners to join at a reduced rate.
