Dear All,
Due to scheduling conflicts, we have decided to postpone our BBQ event until the fall of 2025.
The STEM students have a significant event at Hyundai on the same day, and my team and I are also managing several pressing commitments. With the new building opening in March/April and the busy trade show season underway, we believe rescheduling will allow us to dedicate the necessary focus and resources to ensure the event’s success.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to sharing more details about the rescheduled date soon. To prevent any confusion or issues, we will issue refunds to anyone that has pre-paid and we'll hit you up again once the new date is confirmed.
