Join us for a coastal introduction to nature connection series 🌱🍂🌊☀️
The ideal session for adults who may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time to slow down. Each session would run for approximately 1–1.5 hours and include activities such as nature sketching, mindful photography, guided beach walks and other mindful practices designed to help participants feel more grounded and take away simple tools they can use in everyday life.
Sessions work as stand-alone experiences, allowing people to drop in week by week, while also offering a gentle progression for those attending the full 8-week series.
Group sizes will remain small (maximum 8 participants) to maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere. The overall aim is to create a regular, welcoming space at the beach where people can reconnect with nature and leave feeling relaxed and calmer.
