Coastal Delaware Artisan Market "Cheers to Summer!" Sip & Shop

Coastal Delaware’s vibrant arts scene is set to shine on Sunday, August 16th, as the Coastal Delaware Artisan Market takes over the grand ballroom of the Cambria Hotel. From 10 AM to 3 PM, over 30 local artists and fine craft creators will gather to showcase and sell their unique, hand-crafted works.
The event, themed "Cheers to Summer!" offers attendees a curated selection of high-quality items, ranging from coastal-inspired wall art and sea glass creations to hand-crafted jewelry, stoneware, ceramics, and artisanal body care. Visitors can also explore specialized crafts like intricate wood engravings, hand-painted glassware, and eco-dyed wearables. A popular children's book author and illustrator will also be featured in the day’s lineup.
“This market is an excellent way to discover unique treasures at the coast while supporting the talented regional artists who make our community so special,” said Diva Clendenin, organizer and owner of Liquid Abstracts in Lewes, Delaware. “It’s a perfect opportunity to find distinctive gifts for friends and family and get a head start on holiday shopping.”
To enhance the shopping experience, a dedicated beverage station will be available just outside the ballroom entry, offering refreshments exclusively for event attendees.
The event will be held at the upscale Cambria Hotel, located at 17222 Hood Road in Rehoboth Beach, just off John J. Williams Highway (Route 24). Guests are also invited to visit the hotel’s Veranda Restaurant & Bar, which will be open during the event serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Admission to the Coastal Delaware Artisan Market is FREE, and the venue offers ample free parking for all guests.
