Gemma Wilks – The People Photographer
Gemma Wilks, also known as The People Photographer, didn’t originally study photography – she studied IT, which led to a career as a Digital Designer in 2002.
Fast forward to 2016, when she picked up her first DSLR camera and instantly fell in love with photography. After leaving the corporate world in 2020, Gemma turned her passion into a business.
Today, she helps businesses come to life through purposeful imagery, creating photographs that help them to be seen, remembered and chosen.

How purposeful imagery can bring your business to life
Most businesses are not short of expertise, personality or stories – they are simply short of useful images that communicate those things.
During this session, Gemma will explore how purposeful photography can help your business become more visible, trusted and approachable online.
