We have Coach Tamsyn visiting (Tamsyn is a three time Triple-Crown Ballroom Dance Champion, a ballroom dance judge and coach), and yes you should sign up for one if not all of her group classes, including this Spins, Styling, and Balance group class: Spin smarter, style sharper, and dance with more control! This 50 minute class focuses on clean turns, confident balance, and polished styling to make all of your movements more confident.
The Spins, Styling, and Balance group class starts at 4pm on Saturday, January 31st, 2026, and ends at 4:50pm. The Studio is located at 46 E Main St, Chattanooga, TN 37408.
We recommend against shoes with thick rubber soles or super high heels, and any type of clothing is fine as long as it isn't too restrictive- If you have ballroom dance shoes, that would be the best option!
