This meeting is for all current and prospective coaches as we prepare for an exciting first season with Barboursville Youth Soccer Club!
We’re building something special, and our coaches are the foundation of it all. This meeting will make sure everyone is aligned, prepared, and ready to give our players the best experience possible.
📋 What we’ll cover:
• Coaching expectations and philosophy
• Practice structure and session planning
• Game day procedures and communication
• Overview of playing in the KVSL league (including travel and match expectations)
• Player development focus by age group
• Sideline behavior, sportsmanship, and club standards
• Equipment, fields, and scheduling logistics
Whether you’re a seasoned coach or stepping into coaching for the first time, this meeting will give you the tools and confidence to succeed.

Create a positive, organized, and fun environment where kids can play, learn, grow, and belong.
