Penny Layton (Layton Poetntial) & Paul Shaw (Rock Executive Development) are both ICF accredited, PCC Executive coaches with over 25 years experience in both corporate and SMEs, working with senior leaders to unlock potential and build high performance. Paul is also a Professional Coach Supervisor, while Penny is an ICF Mentor Coach.

They bring their knowlege and network to create a fun, inclusive and exciting space, designed to bring inspiring speakers and warm connections to build a wonderful community of passionate professionals.
