Join us for dinner, drinks, and a candid conversation about what it actually takes to build wealth through real estate — hosted by three women who finance these deals every day, and by a title company that specializes in working with real estate investors.
What we'll cover
Getting started. How to buy your first investment property: what lenders look for, how the financing differs from a primary residence, and how to qualify.
The do's and don'ts of fix and flips. Where the money is made, where deals go sideways, and the mistakes we see most often.
Investing out of state. How to evaluate a market you don't live in, build a team on the ground, and finance a property from a distance.
Then we'll open it up for Q&A and give you time to actually talk to each other. Bring your questions, bring a friend, bring the deal you're stuck on.
