Co-Regulated One Year Anniversary Picnic!

Co-Regulated Postpartum Support Circle launched in April of 2025 by Alexi Neal of SoulFull Somatics and Tessa Richter of Rooted Consulting. Over the last year, we have had the amazing opportunity to support mothers through their first year(ish) of postpartum.

If you're new to the Co-Regulated crew, we would LOVE to meet you! This casual hang may be a great opportunity to touch in with the community before joining one of our official support circles.

If you've been with us a while, or maybe you were with us during your maternity leave - we would love to see you again! You know the theme of building community is so close to our hearts, and gatherings like this are essential to taking relationships out of the circle and into real life.

Plus, hanging at the park with other mommas is just plain fun.

This event is FREE! But please register so we know how many we are expecting and can look out for you at the park!
