Mark your calendars to travel to Syracuse on April 11, 2026 for a full day of Rotary fellowship, learning and fun at the historic and ornate Syracuse Marriott Downtown (formerly known as Hotel Syracuse).
The weekend will include optional social events on Friday night, including a Foundation Celebration with dessert, and a service opportunity on Sunday for those who are staying a night or two, or who just want to have more time together with fellow Rotarians.
Saturday will include speakers, breakout sessions, lunch, and dinner. Breakout topics will include classes such as Positive Peace Conversations, how to install a peace pole in your community, the Epic Day of Service, Club Culture, Artificial Intelligence for Rotary, and more.
We are ecstatic about our two keynote speakers this year.
Lunch: Kat Koppett, a new member of Albany MOSAIC Rotary, is an author who promotes the use of improv and storytelling to make groups more effective. Her presentations are interactive and engaging.
Dinner: Bruce Goldsen is an incredibly experienced leader in Rotary, participating on RI's Strategic Engagement Work Group, leading many Rotary learning functions, and is a personality you will be drawn to in wanting to hear his Rotary stories.

Our hotel is a historic site, with newly renovated rooms often featuring Stickley furniture and all with spacious accommodations. The hotel is ornate and a museum experience in and of itself. Rooms on the weekend typically cost well over $300 per night and we have a special conference rate of just $175 per night, so take advantage of the opportunity to experience the luxury of Hotel Syracuse at a big discount.
