Join CNY ON-RAMP for an afternoon of reflection, celebration, and collaboration as we mark our first year of advancing workforce development opportunities across Central New York.
Over the past year, ON-RAMP has worked alongside community organizations, training providers, industry leaders, and public sector partners to create pathways to sustainable careers in advanced manufacturing, construction, and related industries. This event will highlight key accomplishments, celebrate the partnerships that made this work possible, and engage attendees in conversations about the future of workforce development in our region.
Participants will hear stories of impact, explore ON-RAMP's first-year achievements, provide feedback on future priorities, and help shape the next phase of workforce transformation in Central New York.
