CNY Endurance Fest - Spring Connect

Whether you run, bike, swim, race triathlons, or simply want to learn more about training and performance, the CNY Endurance Fest is for you.

The goal is simple: bring Central New York endurance athletes, coaches, clinicians, race directors, clubs, and local businesses together for an evening of learning, conversation, and connection. This event is designed to be both educational and social, giving athletes a chance to ask questions, meet others in the endurance community, and walk away with practical, evidence-based information they can use in their own training.

The first CNY Endurance Fest: Spring Connect Edition will be hosted at the new Finger Lakes Running Company store in Syracuse. The evening will include talks on performance testing, strength training, injury prevention, mental skills, and the local race scene.

Featured speakers include Noel Bonk, MSc of BonkWerx Endurance Sports, Dr. Tom Woznica of Redeem Physical Therapy & Performance, and Craig Frea, MA, CMPC, who will discuss the importance of mental performance training and practical mental skills athletes can apply right away.

Stay tuned for future CNY Endurance Fest events, including a fall event and an expanded endurance conference planned for 2027.
