Holiday Social & Celebration Faithful Work, Lasting Impact
Join us for a morning of celebration, reflection, and gratitude as we honor the nonprofit organizations, leaders, staff, volunteers, donors, and partners who strengthen our communities every day.
The evening will feature a welcome from Dr. Terisa Riley, Chancellor of UAFS, and keynote remarks from Kendall Ross, Associate Vice Chancellor for Economic and Workforce Development.
This year's theme, "Faithful Work, Lasting Impact," recognizes a fundamental truth about nonprofit work: some of the most meaningful outcomes are not immediately visible. A young person who gains confidence today may become tomorrow's leader. A family receiving support during a crisis may find stability years later. A program launched with hope and determination may create ripples that continue long after the original effort is forgotten.
Nonprofit work often requires perseverance and a commitment to serving others even when results cannot be measured right away. This celebration honors those who continue showing up, investing in their missions, and believing in the possibility of change, knowing that their impact often extends far beyond what they will ever see.
Together, we will recognize outstanding individuals and organizations through our first annual awards and celebrate the collective impact of a nonprofit community that makes our region stronger, more compassionate, and full of possibility.
Because sometimes the greatest difference you make is the one you never get to witness.
Thursday, December 3rd
