Join fellow CMU Chippewas for an engaging afternoon at Michigan by the Bottle as we explore the world of Michigan wine in “Riesling Isn’t Always Sweet (And Other Michigan Myths)”. This fun, myth-busting class challenges common assumptions about Michigan wines, including:
- All Michigan wine is sweet
- Riesling automatically means sugar
- Cold climates can’t produce serious wine
Taste your way through a carefully curated pour lineup, including dry Riesling, off-dry Riesling, and an aromatic dry wine while learning why these wines are more than just sweet sips. Heavy appetizers will be included.
