Francis Cortellino brings both a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective on the housing market we all work and invest in. He is the Senior Economist responsible for housing market analysis here in the Ottawa–Gatineau region at CMHC, a role he has held since 2008. With a Master’s degree in economics and doctoral studies from the Université de Montréal, his career has spanned both academia and industry — from lecturing on economics to analyzing the energy sector — before turning his full attention to housing markets.
